From Lamination Stacking to Core Turning

During transformer core assembly, silicon steel laminations must be positioned in the required sequence and kept properly aligned before the completed core is turned for the next assembly stage. Used as a transformer core stacking table, the Ausin system provides a modular working platform for arranging the laminations and supporting the core during the stacking and turning process.

The equipment can be configured for both three-column and five-column transformer cores. It is also suitable for production processes with an upper yoke or without an upper yoke. After stacking is completed, the core stacking table supports a controlled 90-degree turning operation. The adjustable column spacing and customizable table dimensions allow the configuration to be matched to the customer’s core structure rather than requiring every core design to fit a fixed platform.

Selecting the Configuration by Core Size and Load

Table configuration should be based on the transformer core drawing, total core weight, core thickness, window dimensions, column arrangement, and the space available in the assembly area. The current product specification lists a maximum load of 5,000 kg and a maximum suitable core thickness of 450 mm. The listed models include T3, T5, T10, and T18, while the center distance and table dimensions can be adjusted according to the core design.

Before confirming a model, the buyer should provide the overall core dimensions, finished stacking weight, number of columns, lifting method, required turning direction, and workshop crane information.
